National Scientific Committee meeting at the Institute of Physics Belgrade

On Friday, March 31, 2023, a National Scientific Committee for physics meeting took place at the Institute of Physics Belgrade.

The National Scientific Committee for physics consists of eight members and, in accordance with the Law on Science and Research, looks after the quality of scientific research work and activities in the field of physics. The current National Scientific Committee for physics was formed on December 29, 2021 upon the decision of the then-in-charge Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.

The members of the National Scientific Committee are: academician Željko Šljivančanin, Dr. Mihajlo Mudrinić, prof. Dr. Goran Đorđević, Dr. Vladimir Đoković, prof. Dr. Branko Drljača, Dr. Antun Balaž, prof. Dr. Maja Burić, and prof. Dr. Igor Savić. The President of the National Scientific Committee for Physics is Dr. Antun Balaž from the Institute of Physics.

The National Scientific Committee secretary is Andrijana Ivanović from the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation.
