Aleksandar Bogojević in the Series on Serbian Scientists

The Click for Serbia channel has launched a series of videos about Serbian scientists, realised with the support of the Institute of Physics Belgrade, as well as other institutions such as the University of Belgrade and the Nikola Tesla Museum.

The series explores the lives and work of Nikola Tesla, Mihajlo Pupin and Milutin Milanković, and is narrated in all three episodes by Dr Aleksandar Bogojević, Director of the Institute of Physics Belgrade.

Filmed at several locations, including the Institute of Physics Belgrade, the series, titled Three Luminaries of Serbian Science, was produced by the Click for Serbia agency with the support of the Aspermont Company, while filming was carried out by the Two Tech Solutions agency.

Episode 1: Nikola Tesla

The first episode is dedicated to the life and work of Nikola Tesla, one of the most influential researchers of all time, whose legacy has inspired numerous myths as well as ideas and values for new generations.

Episode 2: Mihajlo Pupin

In the second episode, Aleksandar Bogojević takes the audience to the world of Mihajlo Pupin, exploring his work, highlighting his discoveries and his numerous contributions to science in both the United States and Serbia.

Episode 3: Milutin Milanković

The third episode focuses on Milanković’s life and work, particularly his book Canon of Insolation of the Earth and the contribution of this versatile genius to the understanding of climate, as well as his role in the popularisation of science.
