(Video) The new episode of the series A Glance at Physics presents the newly established Laboratory for Experimental Astrobiology (LEA) at the Institute of Physics Belgrade.
What is astrobiology, exactly? What does it study and what are its goals? What are LEA’s goals? Why does a physics research institution need a biological laboratory, and what kind of research is being conducted at LEA?
These questions are addressed by Professor Tanja Berić of the Faculty of Biology at the University of Belgrade, who heads the laboratory, together with its associates Dr Iva Rosić, Dr Marina Sokić and Ivana Marić.
