On Thursday, December 28, 2023, the Institute of Physics Belgrade hosted a traditional New Year’s cocktail party for the Institute’s employees and associates.
The attendees were greeted by Dr. Aleksandar Bogojević, the Institute’s Director, who looked back to the year of 2023 in his speech, which, in his opinion, was very successful. He noted that over the year, a significant number of young researchers and doctoral students, as well as returnees from abroad, came to the Institute.
The director also spoke about the new equipment necessary for research work and the adaptation of office space, laboratories and common rooms, and the activities that were implemented or started in 2023 for this purpose.
