Ahead of the 67th International Book Fair in Belgrade, running from October 19 to 27, the Institute of Physics Belgrade, in partnership with Heliks Publishing House, has released Cosmotheoros by Dutch astronomer Christiaan Huygens. This is the inaugural edition of the public-private partnership between the Institute and this publishing house dedicated to popular science.
Dr Aleksandar Bogojević, who translated this work into Serbian and annotated it, will present ‘Cosmotheoros’ at the Book Fair. Dr Bogojević will present Cosmotheoros as well as other editions of the Institute of Physics Belgrade published this year on Saturday, 26 October 2024, at 2 p.m., in Hall 2, at the Center for the Promotion of Science (CPN) stand. These include the book titled ‘Science and Innovation in Serbia’ authored by Dr Saša Lazović, Dr Vladimir M. Petrović, Dušan Nikolić, Ljubica Ilić Vojnović, Dr Aleksandar Bogojević, Dr Aleksandar Belić, Dr Franci Demšar and ‘Student Internship Catalog’ for the 2024/2025 academic year compiled by Bojana Cekić and Ljubica Ilić Vojnović.
