On Friday, April 7, 2023, about forty students of the Electrical Engineering School “Nikola Tesla” from Belgrade visited the Institute of Physics. The students, accompanied by Aleksandra Turčinović, the English teacher, and Jasmina Radusin, the physics teacher, were welcomed in the Dr. Dragan Popović library’s Reading Room, where they were presented with the basic information about the Institute of Physics, after which they went on a lab tour.
The Institute’s guests visited the Center for the Study of Complex Systems and the Photonics Center, where the researchers introduced them to the scientific topics they deal with and the process of seeking the answers in their research work. The student interest in the researcher’s work was great, and some of them showed an interest in becoming researchers themselves.
