Abstract
The recent progress on the growth of REBa2Cu3Oy (REBCO, RE=Nd, Sm and Y) superconductors for practical application and fundamental study in our lab is reviewed. The presentation will focus on the study on large size & high quality single crystals by top-seeded solution-growth; high performance bulks by top-seeded melt-growth, and artificial microstructure in oriented thick film by liquid phase epitaxy.
