Members of the National Science Council for Physics held their 54th session on Friday, 22 November at the Institute of Physics Belgrade.
Presided by Dr Antun Balaž, the Council’s president, the meeting was attended by Dr Željko Šljivančanin, Professor Dr Maja Buri, Dr Vladimir Đoković, Professor Dr Igor Savić and Dr Mihajlo Mudrinić, while Professor Dr Goran Đorđević participated via video.
Dr Aleksandar Bogojević, director of the Institute of Physics Belgrade greeted the members of the National Science Council at the beginning of the meeting.The session considered promotions into research positions and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Higher Education, which was withdrawn from parliamentary procedure.
